We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
- For deliveries in Bharat Seven working days unless we are exceptionally out of stock in which case we will let you know in advance.
- Deliveries within Vadodara typically take 2 working days. However, in cases where we're unexpectedly out of stock, we'll notify you in advance and keep you updated on the status of your order.
- we don’t deliver outside India.
- Goods will be delivered to the address specified by you during the ordering process. If you need to send goods to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
- Gokulam reserves the right to cancel confirmed orders if payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds. We will not process orders without successful payment.
- If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place.
- Upon delivery, our agent may request proof of identity from you or your representative, such as a photo ID. You or your representative will also be asked to sign a delivery confirmation document. Please note that refusing to sign this document will be considered a refusal to accept the delivery.
- You agree to give us as much detail as possible about particular features of the Delivery Address to ensure delivery can take place.
