we lovingly take care of each Gaumata

Our cows are fed with natural and organic fodder, which increases the nutritional value of ghee. The whole process is done non-exploitatively in accordance with Vedic principles. Made with Desi Bilona Methode from whole A2 Gir Gaumata Milk. In accordance with the timeless Bharatiya Vedic tradition of dohan, we prioritize the well-being of our Gaumatas and their calves. Each Gaumata is lovingly named and recognized, and during the dohan process, our Gopalaks gently call out to them. The calves, even at just a week old, instinctively respond to their mother's name, illustrating the deep connection between them. This ancient practice ensures the calf is fully nourished before we obtain milk for human use, fostering a harmonious balance between nature and humanity.

Vedic Bilona Process

Our traditional ghee-making process utilizes whole milk, rather than just cream, resulting in a more labor-intensive and time-honored approach. To produce just one liter of ghee, we require 25-30 liters of milk, unlike conventional dairy ghee which is often made from residual cream. We cook the milk slowly over a wood-fired flame in a brass vessel, adhering to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. This meticulous process ensures that our ghee retains its potent medicinal properties and serves as a valuable tonic. The slower flame preserves the delicate nutrients, whereas higher temperatures can compromise their integrity.
